Our approach to conservation based projects is founded on over twenty five years of experience in dealing with nationally important historic buildings and monuments, and applying sound building conservation principles and practice. This experience is complemented by our design skills and expertise which enable us to produce carefully considered and imaginative solutions to a wide range of design, planning and strategic problems.

On projects involving adaptation and new buildings, we aim to work closely within the context and character of existing buildings and their setting, often in a low key manner, ensuring a visually good fit. We aim to enhance and improve wherever possible, and where appropriate we provide contemporary design solutions in situations where there is a need for significant alteration or development.
